In order to drive, you must reserve your CityWheels car for a specific period of time. Each car has a specific number and location, and may be used only while you have a valid reservation.

To make a reservation:

Online: Visit www.myCityWheels.com and Log In with your Member ID and password.

Automated Phone: Call 888.692.9457 and press #1

24 Hour Live Operator ($2 fee*): Call 888.692.9457 and press #1, then press #0

(*Live Operator reservations and changes are $2.00 per call. Online and automated phone use is always free.)

When you're done, you'll see/hear a confirmation of your reservation, or the call center staff will read your confirmation details. You can choose to have your confirmations emailed to you, and you can have the reservation sent to your Outlook calendar.
