In addition to the general requirements for all CityWheels members, 18 to 20 year old applicants must also meet the following criteria:

• Be a full-time student
• Have had a driver's license for at least two full years*
• Have a spotless driving record (i.e. - no points on the license)
• Provide proof of auto insurance and maintain that coverage until turning 21 (e.g. added driver on parents' insurance policy)
  
  UNDER-21 APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
  1) Their automobile insurance card or a policy declarations page naming the applicant (your family's insurance agent can fax this directly to us), and
  2) A current student ID or academic transcript

All drivers must approve the CityWheels Membership Agreement. Among other provisions, the Agreement requires members to notify CityWheels immediately should they become non-compliant with any of these qualifications.
